Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for KLUE subscriptions and for our professional services. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Shellvoide, including KLUE subscription plans and professional security engagements. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and by purchasing from us you agree to it.

Because the Services involve digital products and scheduled professional work, refunds are limited as set out below. Nothing in this policy affects mandatory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.

KLUE Subscriptions: Cancellation

KLUE plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through a third-party payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not trigger an automatic refund of the current period.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

KLUE Subscriptions: No Partial Refunds

Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once that period has begun, including where:

  • You cancel partway through a monthly or annual term.
  • You do not use, or only partly use, the Platform during the period.
  • Your usage does not reach your plan's quota or limits.

Pay-as-you-go top-ups and overage charges are non-refundable once purchased.

Consumer Cooling-Off (EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

Where you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately and you start using it within that period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, and that you will be charged for what you have used. These statutory rights apply to consumers and generally do not apply to business customers.

Annual and Enterprise Plans

Annual and Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the order form or agreement you sign. Unless that document states otherwise, annual fees are non-refundable once the term has started, and custom terms in the order form take precedence over this policy.

Professional Services and One-Off Engagements

For hands-on engagements such as penetration tests, red team operations, and audits:

  • A booking deposit may be required to reserve scheduling and begin scoping. The deposit is non-refundable once scheduling or scoping work has begun.
  • Remaining fees, cancellation windows, and any rescheduling terms are governed by the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement for that engagement.
  • Where an engagement is cancelled before work begins, we may refund prepaid amounts less any costs already incurred.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate. Verified billing errors are refunded to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel a subscription, use the billing settings in your dashboard or contact us. To request a refund under this policy, email info@shellvoide.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider and is usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while we investigate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date and apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
