Shellvoide provides cybersecurity consulting and professional services, including but not limited to: • Penetration Testing (web, network, mobile, API) • Red Team Operations • Cloud Security Auditing • Secure Code Development & Review • Cyber Security Training • Vulnerability Management • CTF Hosting The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed between Shellvoide and the client.

All penetration testing, security assessments, and offensive security activities performed by Shellvoide are conducted only with explicit written authorization from the system owner. Shellvoide does not perform unauthorized security testing under any circumstances. You agree not to use our website or services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. • Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during an engagement. Shellvoide will not disclose client data, findings, or reports to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to keep Shellvoide's methodologies, tools, and proprietary techniques confidential.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Shellvoide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Reports and deliverables produced for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, while Shellvoide retains the right to use anonymized findings for research and improvement purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shellvoide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shellvoide does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Security assessments identify vulnerabilities at a point in time and do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been discovered or that the systems are fully secure.

Payment terms for services are specified in the individual service agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed: • A deposit may be required before work commences. • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement. Shellvoide reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Shellvoide reserves the right to terminate access to its website or services immediately if a user violates these terms. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations and intellectual property provisions shall survive.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Shellvoide reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
